Katrina M. Conway
Katrina is an AV Preeminent rated private practice lawyer and is a partner at the firm. She has over twenty-five years of civil litigation experience and now focuses her practice on estates and trusts and elder law issues, including exploitation of vulnerable adults, with an emphasis in probate, estate and trust administration, and related litigation.
Katrina received her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, where she was an Academic All-American and Iowa’s Woman of the Year (1992). She returned to Tucson where she married her high school sweetheart and completed her Juris Doctorate at the University of Arizona, College of Law in 1995.
Katrina is a Member of the Probate and Trust Section of the State Bar of Arizona and the Elder Law, Mental Health & Special Needs Planning Section. Most recently, she has spoken to professional organizations on fiduciary litigation issues. She also serves as a Judge Pro Tem in the Pima County Superior Court.
