Will is a Fellow in the American College of Trusts and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), an AV Preeminent-rated private practice lawyer, which is the highest level of professional excellence granted by Martindale-Hubbell, and a founding member and partner in the firm of Moeller & Conway, PLLC, where he limits his practice to the areas of estate planning, taxation and the formation and structuring of business and charitable entities.
Katrina M. Conway
Katrina is an AV Preeminent-rated private practice lawyer and is a partner at the firm. She has over thirty years of civil litigation experience and now focuses her practice on estates and trusts and elder law issues, including exploitation of vulnerable adults, with an emphasis in probate, trust administration and related litigation.
Jacquelyne J. Mingle
Jacque is the newest addition to the firm, joining as a partner in 2023. Also a Fellow in the American College of Trusts and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), her practice encompasses a variety of elder law issues, including estate planning; estate and trust administration; and disputes over wills, trusts, and estates.
