Jacquelyne J. Mingle
Jacque joined the firm in 2023, and her practice encompasses a variety of elder law issues, including estate planning; estate and trust administration; and disputes over wills, trusts, and estates.
She is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, was recognized as one of U.S. News & World Report’s “Best Lawyers” in 2023, and has been Certified as a Specialist in Estate and Trust Law by the State Bar of Arizona. She is licensed as a fiduciary by the Arizona Supreme Court and served as chair of the State Bar’s Elder Law, Mental Health and Special Needs Planning Council and serves on the Estate & Trust Law Advisory Commission for the State Bar’s Board of Legal Specialization. She also serves on the Boards of Directors for the Southern Arizona Estate Planning Council, the Planned Giving Roundtable of Southern Arizona, and Tohono Chul Park.
Her J.D. is from the U of A’s James E. Rogers College of Law, where she teaches the Trusts & Estates course as an adjunct professor. Before becoming an attorney, Jacque was an editor at USA Today supervising entertainment coverage. She did her undergraduate work at the University of Kansas and roots for both the Jayhawks (Rock Chalk!) and the Wildcats (Bear Down!).
